Think of eRecruiting as an online dating service for finding full-time, part-time, or internship employment.

This Internet-based recruiting tool stores your personal profile and multiple resumes and cover letters. Students can then

• apply online for upcoming campus recruiting visits,
• browse through and apply for internship and full-time career opportunities (much like Monster.com),
• and learn about upcoming events such as employer briefings and job and graduate school fairs.

The registration form is available online and in the Anderson Ford Advisement Center. Completed forms are to be turned in to the Anderson CSO. Please note that you MUST provide your UNM ID, not your SSN, to create an eRecruiting account. Click here (https://dss.unm.edu/) , login with your NetID and password, then select Demographic Information to view your UNM ID. In 1-2 business days, you will receive confirmation and instructions on how to complete your online profile. Once that is completed, then upload your approved resume to the eRecruiting database. Now you’re ready to apply for on-campus recruiting visits!
