Career Services Office & Prospective Students
Prospective Students

Preparation for a career in business doesn’t end in the classroom. In order to become truly employable, students need additional coaching in the following areas: setting career goals, resume composition, interview preparation, and negotiating a competitive compensation package.

Unlike most of UNM’s professional schools, Anderson students have their own career services office. Located in the Ford Advisement Center, the Anderson Career Services Office (CSO) is staffed by seasoned professionals dedicated to helping students define, articulate, and finally attain their career goals.

The Anderson CSO works in partnership with UNM Career Services to provide students with the following resources and services:

  • Personalized Career Advising.
  • MGMT 398 Career Management Skills class (taught each semester).
  • On-campus interviewing opportunities for full-time and summer internships.
  • 24/7 access to full-time, part-time, and internship postings via eRecruiting, an online career resource tool.
  • Online access to career-based presentations geared to help students build the skill sets they need, when they need them.
  • Information sessions hosted by leading local and global companies.
  • Career Fairs each semester.
