Beginning the Recruitment Process
Anderson Career Services has streamlined the employer recruitment process by promoting internship opportunities through student listservs, social media and the Anderson Career Services blog. We begin the process by asking you to develop a job description which includes the desired qualifications (e.g., major, GPA), skills, job responsibilities, compensation, deadline to apply and how to apply for the internship. Next, employers submit the internship or job opportunity through our convenient application process. Once received, your internship or job posting will be promoted to Anderson student through various avenues to find you the ideal candidate.
Classroom Presentations for Employers
Anderson's Career Services Office (CSO) coordinates classroom presentations, information sessions, interviews and networking opportunities by companies, non-profits, student organizations, government agencies and UNM departments for Anderson students. Sales pitches are prohibited. Presentations should educate students about your organization, job opportunities and company culture.
Note that faculty may not be able to schedule your presentation.
